Payment Plan Agreement

We understand that not everyone is able to pay for a quality custom hair unit in one lump sum payment. We are here to work with you at all times. Everyone should be able to look and feel like a Star! Ultimate Hair Illusions offers a payment plan option. Please see the details below.

A minimum down payment of 25% and a onetime non-refundable set-up fee of $25 are required in order to begin processing your custom hair unit.

Your custom hair unit will be shipped once full payment has been received. The down payment is required to start production of your custom hair unit. Balance is must be paid in full when your custom hair unit is completed and ready to ship. Recurring charges are handled automatically via Paypal.

We will send you a Paypal invoice for your remaining balance every 10 working days. You can also request a payment plan, with the exception of the initial down payment and set-up fee, that will work well for you. Regardless of the payment agreed upon any outstanding balance is due and payable 45 days from start date. The start date is the date on the approval notification. If you request a payment plan not agreeable to Ultimate Hair Illusion and no other options can be agreed upon the deposit will be refunded.

A $35.00 late charged will be assessed for all late payments.

Payments are considered late if they are not made on or before the due date. There is no grace period. No Exceptions.

When using the payment plan there are no exchanges, all sales are final. Down payments are non-refundable.

We accept most credit cards through PayPal for payments. PayPal guarantees all transactions are safe and secure through their website. In addition to credit card and PayPal payments, we also accept Western Union and Moneygram payments. For these types of payments, please enter the confirmation number provided during the checkout process. Once the payment has been verified payment plan and order processing will continue start.

Please Note: If remaining balance is not paid within 45 days, your deposit and payment plan fees will be forfeited. No refunds or store credits for Payment plan. Custom Hair Units will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.
