International Orders

We currently only accept credit card payments through PayPal for international orders from Canada and United Kingdom.

Shipping Policies

We will ship to your billing address. The billing address is the address your bank has on file and the address to which your bank mails your monthly statements.

1. UPS is our international shipping vendor.

2. A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt.

3. Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. Items that cannot be shipped outside the US will note a shipping restriction.

4. We only ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Italy, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

5. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Ultimate Hair Illusions reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

**DAYS TO SHIP ARE IN ADDTION TO MANUFATURING TIME**

Custom laws vary among countries. Most countries require invoices to be sent with shipments for customs clearance. The invoice is the only information that can or will be sent with your shipment.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide customs officials with tax identification information when requested and to pay all applicable taxes and fees. Packages which cannot be delivered due to customs or address problems may or may not be returned to us. If merchandise is returned customer will receive a onetime email notice advising of return. Returned merchandise will be held for 14 days. After 14 days the merchandise will be considered abandoned and all rights forfeited.

Some governments require the payment of additional taxes or duties for customs clearance. Customs taxes and other government fees are not included in your shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local customs officials for information on specific duties or other customs charges that may apply.
